The letter asks the Department of Education to take immediate steps to stop federal student aid from flowing to colleges owned by the Center for Excellence in Higher Education as a result of a ruling in a case brought by the Colorado Attorney General. The letter asks that the Department stop the schools from receiving Title IV aid while they are under the control of individuals found liable for committing consumer fraud, and to take immediate action to cancel and stop collection on student loans for those attending CEHE schools.
